Meet the Maker: Rochef Chocolatier

Meet the Maker: Rochef Chocolatier

Rochef is an institution in Canadian chocolate. Made in Gatineau since 2009, Rochef is known nationally and internationally for their excellence in chocolate. Co-owners Roch Fournier and Alain Fredette are dedicated to quality, using their experience, skill and high-end ingredients to produce the best chocolate possible. Fournier, Fredette and the team at Rochef are constantly working on product development, seeking new flavour combinations and incorporating innovative design. Rochef is careful about selecting ethical sources of cocoa, sourcing ingredients from eight carefully vetted origin and plantation of cocoa from around the world.

Every Easter, Mrs. McGarrigle’s offers a HUGE selection of Rochef’s chocolate bunnies, chicks, eggs and more. This year, we’ll be giving away a massive 3 kg chocolate bunny (pictured above on the left, next to a 750 g bunny), retail value over $100. We’ll select a name from our list of newsletter subscribers on March 26th, 2021. If you’re a Mrs. McGarrigle’s newsletter subscriber, you’re already eligible to win!
