Thick and savoury, Fully Loaded Potato soup contains a special blend of herbs, onion and garlic. Add a package of cooked, chopped bacon and garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and a generous helping of grated cheese.
DIRECTIONS: 1) IN LARGE POT, SAUTE 1 ONION IN ¼ C BUTTER. 2) ADD 7 C WATER, 4 MEDIUM CUBED POTATOES; BOIL, THEN SIMMER COVERED FOR 20 MINS, STIRRING REGULARLY. 3) ADD PACKAGE CONTENTS, 2 ½- 3 ½ C CREAM OR MILK, ½ C BUTTER, 1 PACKAGE COOKED CHOPPED BACON; SIMMER ON LOW FOR 20-30 MIN, STIRRING REGULARLY (WATCH IT DOES NOT STICK TO POT). ADD EXTRA MILK AS NEEDED. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. GARNISH WITH SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME INGREDIENTS MAY BE FIELD HARVESTED.
